2020 Progress
The original site of our new Marquette office was home to a former Burger King location.
In November 2020, the original building was demolished. By December 2020, construction was underway.

Winter 2021 Progress
January - The unusually mild weather in January helped construction get off to a fast start. By mid-month, the building structure was going up.
February - Construction was well underway. At the start of the month, the structure for our signature "Tower" began to take shape.
By mid February, the drive-thru canopy steel and roofing had been started.
March - At the beginning of March, the roofing was nearly finished and the windows were beginning to go in.

Spring 2021 Progress
April - By early April, the windows were all in and the concrete base-layer of the floor was being poured.
May - brickwork began on the building's exterior and the interior wall structures began to form.

Summer 2021 Progress
June 2021 - brick and stone work were nearly complete while the interior structures continued to take form. Metal door frames went in, and work began on the retaining wall behind the building.
July 2021 - the building's exterior was nearing completion, while the drywall work began and the retaining wall progress continued
August 2021 - With Fall approaching, the interior of the building began to start looking like an offical Upper Peninsula State Bank. Drywall was painted, desks and casings began to go in, and important installations began.

Fall 2021 Progress
September 2021 - Our official logo sign was installed on our building. Inside, painting and flooring work continued while our teller pods came to life and furniture started to arrive.
